How To Use It

For your convenience, Cignal has launched a tool that lets you know when your load will expire. This will help you avoid service interruptions and ensure that you can continue enjoying your favorite shows and movies. Here's how to find your STB ID and use the tool:

1. Go to the Cignal website and sign in to your account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Under the "Subscription" section, you will find your STB ID.
4. Once you have your STB ID, go to the Cignal Prepaid Load Expiry Checker tool.
5. Enter your STB ID and click on the "Check" button.
6. The tool will show you when your load will expire.
