San Antonio Spurs Secure No. 1 Pick
The San Antonio Spurs have secured the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. The announcement was made at the 2023 NBA Draft Lottery in Chicago.
The Spurs had the highest chance of winning the lottery after finishing with the worst record in the NBA during the 2022-23 season. They are now in prime position to select French prospect Victor Wembanyama, who is widely considered to be the best prospect in the draft.
