Synopsis

WEB Carter is a Canadian television series that aired on CBC Television from 2018 to 2019. The series follows Detective Sergeant Harley Carter, a former member of the Toronto Police Service who returns to his hometown of North Bay, Ontario, after being framed for a crime he didn't commit. In North Bay, Carter teams up with two other detectives, Sergeant Sam Shaw and Detective Constable Josie Sutton, to investigate a series of murders that seem to be linked to a local drug ring.
